• Employers with two or more employees can offer these plans – no minimum participation required.
• Guaranteed issue coverage – No health questions.
  (There is a six month pre-existing condition limitation on hospital & surgery benefits)
• Employers may offer three different plans.
• Will pay 1st dollar benefits when coupled with a high deductible plan.
